- Develop UDL frameworks for inclusive learning access
- Build assessment rubrics tied to district accountability measures
**Content Taxonomy Development**
- Design modular content blocks for offline repository integration
- Create cross-referenced tagging systems (standards, skills, cultural themes)
- Build progressive skill development pathways (TK-6 vertical alignment)
- Establish cultural responsiveness evaluation criteria
- Develop multilingual content adaptation protocols
**Data Integration Systems**
- Create pre/post assessment instruments aligned with district data protocols
- Design formative assessment checkpoints for continuous improvement
- Build family engagement measurement tools
